Prior positions include various roles as data analyst in Fintech and Research. Johannes holds a master’s degrees in Applied mathematics from ENSAE ParisTech and in Statistics from Humboldt University of Berlin.
Paul was director at Airtel Money in Uganda where he grew the customer base to 3.5m+ people. He was previously director at Tigo Cash (Millicom) in Chad where he rolled out a nationwide distribution network of 2000+ retail agents and elaborate risk management policies (KYC, AML tracking, fraud patterns). Paul holds a Master degree from ESSEC business school.
Sharanya has worked with non-profits and social enterprises in the fields of donor management and business development. She has experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects and is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Development Studies at Sciences Po Paris.
François was previously Blockchain expert at Aubay Technology where he developed an innovative application to manage certified documents. He now deals with the regulation of the internal cryptographic tokens and the security challenges along the process of storing sensitive client data. François holds a Master 2 in Mathematics, Computer Science and Cryptology from University Paris Diderot.
Eddie has 3 years experience in software development and consultancy. He's passionate about building technology solutions for education and merchant market access for the African context. Eddie is the community organizer of Hyperledger Nairobi and holds a First Class Honors degree in Business Information Technology from Strathmore University. His research interest is in extending distributed systems.
